When we first checked in, we were directed to a room on the top floor that obviously had a major ceiling leak - towels covered the furniture and a trash can was positioned under a water-stained ceiling. I returned to the front desk and was reassigned to a different room that was much nicer. Our room was comfortable and we had a quiet evening.

It was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and the 24hr coffee was the best. Only bad thing the indoor pool was not heated. It was super cold.

The room was fine. The interaction with the front desk was not. When I checked in, the person was not welcoming. She wasn't mean or surly, but she definitely wasn't welcoming either. Then I was told there would be a $250 deposit because "I was a local from Columbia. And I might rent the room for 3-4 hours and trash it." When I asked what the deposit is for out of town stayers, it was $0. Also, I rented for 2 nights. The 2nd evening when I returned from work, my key card didn't work so I had to go to the front desk. That's when I found out the front desk check-in person only activated my card for 1 night. I've stayed at Best Western hotels before and they were fine. I won't be staying at this one again though.

This is a nice hotel - a little out of the way in CoMo for gameday, but nicely kept and clean. Lots of ambient light in the area due to highway intersections and restaurants, but rooms have blackout curtains. Workout facility is small but clean and enough for a quick workout. Good hot breakfast options and pleasant staff.

Getting into the parking lot in back, several cars and a truck were parked with people hanging around, apparently drinking. Got into the room just in time around 9:30 pm to hear motors revving and extremely loud people in the same area where we had parked. Went to the front desk, he first asked why we parked in the back parking area (only parking available!). He went with us to the swimming pool windows to identify the problem. Said he would take care of it. They dispersed shortly after. However…. Returned around 1 am to proceed with their party briefly. Morning has evidence of beer cans and party paraphernalia. Such a shame. Because it was a great stay other than that.
