The room wS clean & comfortable. Nice beds & good pillows. The breakfast was great. Fresh hot food & awesome coffee machine. The only reason I didn't give excellent is because the hotel lists a heated pool. This is one major reason I chose this hotel. It was not heated. Way to cold to enjoy. The staff was friendly also. Besides not getting to use the pool, it was a good stay.

Door to vending and ice hits the wall with a bang and then slams shut every time somebody goes in there which is often all times of the day & night. TV stick sucks. No body wash in bottle. Had to ask for room coffee. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was decent.

Room was clean and quiet, hotel staff did a good job, breakfast was good. 4 stars instead of 5 because TV wouldn’t connect to internet for streaming and only had a handful of cable channels. Also the bathroom sink didn’t have hot water. Pretty minor inconveniences overall, would absolutely stay here again.

The room was decent and the breakfast was OK but the indoor swimming pool was freezing cold!! And I was told that they have no way to regulate the temperature!! It is the only reason that we chose the hotel because we needed an indoor pool to keep my 5 grandkids busy in between the basketball tournament that we were attending! I was extremely disappointed

Comfortable, spacious room. Kids bummed, we came for pool to play and it was super cold, couldn’t even get in. Breakfast had good choices. Front desk staff were friendly. Fitness center had machines and free weights.
