Staff was nice. Booked King room. Its NOT A KING size bed. Hotel manager wouldn't refund any of stay. No Hot water. Neess updated. Stay somewhere else. Management only apologized and nothing else was offered for the stay that I booked and didnt get what I bought.

The hotel had mold & we got in late didn’t notice it. We let the front desk know as we were leaving to our grandson’s graduation from the Army they had to move us but they didn’t have a room when arrived back later to drop off some food they still didn’t have a room. As we were getting to our room there were two gentleman spraying up at the ceiling & wiping.we were on the third floor. Not happy at all we came a long way to deal with this.My husband took a picture I don’t understand how anyone could not notice it. It was growing it had spores

This hotel is old. The AC unit was very loud, which made sleeping @ night restless. They don't have a large breakfast menu! The hotel smell old. Old furniture, shower is old! This is my 1st and last time. This is just my opinion!

Staff was average. Property was very clean. Bed was comfy. AC worked great. The biggest issue was how noisy the main road is next to the building and it’s literally right on that road. If your room faces that side then the loud cars and trucks might disturb you. That’s the only reason I won’t go back.

The first room we were given was not cleaned from previous guest. We went back to front desk where it took 20 minutes to locate us another room. We said we would take any room, but the clerk said because we booked on Orbitz she could only giver us the same type of room we had booked. At 11:30 at night we did not appreciate the extra half hour delay in getting to sleep.

Overall it was okay. I wish it had a pool but that was my fault for not checking. The breakfast was good and it was clean but the staff wasn’t the most friendly. They were also having problems with the locks on all the rooms and we had to wait for someone to let us in every time we went back to the room. A nice location next to the Congaree River with a nice historical park.
