Beautiful hotel building with character in the detail. Front desk staff were helpful, accommodating and personable. I was happy to accept the offer to upgrade to waterfront view, it was worth it for us. Location was easy to get to by motor transport or walking. Right on the water front wooden pier, with plenty to explore, see and do near-by. The rooms were beautiful, with adequate bedding. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. There was construction going on out front, but it didn’t cause any disturbance. I wasn’t impressed with the service in the hotel bar, customers were left without service for far too long, and so we didn’t attempt the hotel restaurant, but this could’ve been a one-off. We chose to go out to eat and drink afterwards instead, so didn’t attempt to test that theory. I’d still recommend this hotel and would go back

A gem of a hotel in the city centre

The hotel is a rennovated building with wood beams, quiet hallways, and modern danish motif. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and the location is ideal, only 10 min from metro 10-15 from city centre, cafes and bakeries.

Very elegant hotel, stylish room, good beds, river view, excellent restaurant onsite, great location, only a block away from Nyhavn. One thing to be aware of is a slanted wooden beam that is too easy to hit your head on. I've done it and it was not pleasant.

Disappointing

Good location. Rooms were on the small side even though “deluxe”. Entered the room and found adjoining door open to some guy’s room - not great as female travellers. USB ports not working and not fixed despite asking. Cleaning person’s gloves left in the room,… all the room laundry carts piled up under the historic arches which makes it messy and gives a “we can’t wait for you to leave” feeling. No coffee machine in room and no coffee in the lobby. Overall it was OK but not what you’d expect and seems worse than my last trip multiple years ago.
