Täysin uusittu, sisälle ja ulos kaudelle 2014! Tämä on upea 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy kotiin. Olohuone on avoin ja tilava. Uusi 46'-televisio on täydellinen yöviihdettä varten. Päälliköllä on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja TV. Vierashuoneissa on kuningatar ja kaksi muuta erillistä kerrossänkyä. Laitteessa voi olla enintään 8 henkilöä. Se on lemmikkieläinystävällinen ja tupakointi on sallittu vain ulkopuolella. Keittiö on täysin kalustettu tehosekoittimella, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin ja kaikki mitä tarvitset kokkiin täydellisen aterian. Tämä on aidatulla monimutkainen ja on mukava rantatie rannalle. Virtuaalikierroksen saat napsauttamalla tätä

What a beautiful beach house! Our favorite dog-friendly beach house so far. Very Clean, no weird odors (doggy or mildew). Beautifully decorated. Wonderful location - halfway between Port A and north Padre. Enjoyed the views and the close access to the beach. Unfortunately due to a family medical emergency we had to cut our vacation short after only a few days, but we’ll be back as soon as we can.

Not dog friendly

First off, we did not receive the check-in instructions until 5 pm on the day of our stay, and were told that they have until 5 pm to provide them, not 4 pm as specified in their contract (not VRBO's contract).The property was three stories tall with very narrow spiral stairs, which were not ideal for dogs. The master bedroom was located on the top floor and was extremely hot. The place was unclean, with dust bunnies in every corner, smeared bugs on the walls, and roaches and spiders throughout. The blinds couldn't be properly closed because they were broken. The dryer couldn't be opened as it was located behind the closet door, and the washer couldn't be closed, started, or unlocked due to a broken lock mechanism. When it did operate, it shook excessively, making loud noises that could be heard from down the street. The showerhead was only partially functional because it was broken.The outdoor areas, all around the property was weed-filled and full of thorny plants and designated DOG area, was also covered in thorny plants, making it unsafe for dogs. The dogs couldn't go outside due to the abundance of thorns; they became covered in them, especially on their feet, and the thorns also got into shoes and clothes, causing pain when stepped on. On the positive side, the house had all the dishes and towels needed for operation. The nearby beach entrance was close and secluded, making for a nice experience. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay accomodations.

Overall very nice. Door to second floor porch would barely open. Major pain. Need to do something about sticker burrs in grass, they are horrible. Not down there to watch TV but living room tv appears to be non HD. Very blurry. King suite tv had no volume working. Just little things. Again, overall I would book again. Nothing you can’t overcome.

Fantastic Location

The location can’t be beat! Easy access to the beach and pool! This beach area was relatively uncrowded, sandy, clean, and shallow—perfect for families and young kids. However, I wish we had been forewarned about the tar. The outdoor shower station in the community had a sign mentioning using the tar removal provided, but we never saw any such product. The property was fairly clean. Downstairs floors need a good scrubbing. Our bare feet were black not long after we arrived! Air filter needs replacing and a thick layer of dust was on the bookshelves in the bunk room. Bathrooms were tidy. It would have been nice, with a young grandson, if we had been able to use the tubs. Showers worked fine. Lots of space for the 5 of us. Would have appreciated some beach towels on site, or just more towels and washcloths for everyone. Kitchen was decently supplied with cookware and appliances, but if you’re planning on making much in the kitchen, you’ll need to bring all the cooking/pantry supplies. But, we had been advised in advance that there weren’t many basics on hand. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay again!

Mediocre house

The house was old and worn, carpets were dirty. Treads on the stairs loose. It smelt and the air filters were filthy. The pool was extremely dirty. I called and they came and cleaned the pool and air filters but needed the owner to fix the treads. They also sprayed for misquotes which were bad before that. There were no storage container with covers for food, the pots and pans were all scratched non stick so we had to go buy our own and the dishes were all plastic so could not use in the microwave. The beds and baths were clean and acceptable. The beach and deck were awesome!

Awful smell, broken appliances, dirty, but close to beach

The positive: we were extremely close to a relatively uncrowded part of the beach. Very little competition or crowds and we enjoyed the beach and the weather. The house was large enough for our family of five and our dog. The neutral: fire ants and stickerburrs were everywhere. That comes with the territory but worth knowing. The bad: the house is built on creosote pilings, which gave the entire place an overwhelming stench of mothballs. We did our best to air out the house and nobody was physically sick from it, but family members in the area with sensitivities to indoor air allergens would not enter the house. We called and were told that was just how the house was and nothing could be done about it. The washing machine wouldn’t spin; we called to let them know and they sent a repair tech over who informed us the drum was broken but otherwise it was fine (which is not fine). No other effort was made to fix it over the weekend so we did our best to hand wash our clothes. The dishwasher was also mostly useless. We didn’t overload it and do know how to use a dishwasher, but this just did not clean dishes. The kitchen table was covered in a sticky film that would not come clean. We had to use our fingernails to scrape up the Monopoly money when we played a game. The stains on the carpet upstairs are everywhere. We get that it’s pet friendly but we also assume a level of cleanliness that simply was not there. Other reviews note some of these issues, they are definitely not reso

Great spot!

Lots of rooms and had everything we needed. Walk down to the beach was super close and easy. I only wish the grounds were covered in sticker weeds. My dog and us were stuck with dozens of them.

Quick May Getaway

I really enjoyed our quick getaway. House was clean and in a cute little gated community. Great location right on beach and house located just a short 5-10 minute ride into Port A in one direction or North Padre in the other. The only thing I wished the house had was beach towels and more full size cleaning items (dish soap, hand soap, kitchen counter disinfectant/cleaner). Other than that I really enjoyed the house and our stay.

Siesta by the Sea

We really enjoyed our stay. Excited about the view from the decks and short walk to beach. Even though weather was cool, we walked on the beach each day with our dogs. Kitchen was great for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The couch and living area were great for hanging out together and after Thanksgiving nap. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay!!

Long weekend stay

Great time, great place. Very short walk to beach which is tough to find in that area. Easy to get to Port A for dinner or whatever else. Only hiccup we had was wifi wasn't working, but the property management co couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to send someone out relatively late at night. (We deferred to morning and they got up and running right away.) Would go back!

Wonderful weekend

We loved this house!! It was a trip with family: 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 3 twenty-year old & 1 toddler. There is a lot of stairs that were hard on Grandma, but she mostly stayed in the living room off the kitchen. The “ bunk” room is larger than the pictures. The pool was great and our balcony had stairs down to the pool gate - very close! And the boardwalk to the beach was very close also. The house was very clean & had all the extras we appreciated like shampoo & soaps, toilet paper & paper towels, dishwashing soap & even some pods for the clothes washer. The only thing we had to buy was kleenex for each bathroom. The refrigerator had a working ice maker with lots of ice. We all had a wonderful time !! I highly recommend this rental!!

Lovely Property - Poor customer service

Overall it was a lovely property. The pros of this property is location, location, location. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms were roomy, but the upstairs bedrooms didn't cool very well. Property was clean, however, there seemed to be alot of dead bugs in the unit, even under the coffee pot and toaster. Upon arriving later in the evening, we discovered that the lock on the balcony door in the master bedroom was broken. The maintenance man came out and took a look and told us it could not be fixed and they would have to get owner permission to replace. We were a group of 3 single women and I was uneasy about sleeping with a broken lock. Upon speaking with the property manager, she suggested we use a broom stick to secure the door. We did try that but it did not work. She then told us to "live with it or go home". While I realize there was nothing more physically that could be done that night, I wasn't prepared for such a harsh remark. Very disappointing! They did come back out 2 days later and brought a security bar for the sliding door. Also, just a suggestion for future guests, it might be nice to offer some welcoming touches and information about Port A itself.

Great house, consistently solid location

Great spot right on the water, minimal beach traffic, and very comfortable home. Plenty of room for everyone, quiet location, and the beach access is so easy and close to the water - it's literally 75ft from the back door to the sand! Highly recommended and will continue to return!

Awesome Stay Near Port A!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our spring break trip to Port Aransas. The rental was clean, cozy and located just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The deck overlooks the pool area so it is easy to keep an eye on little ones and communicate with family members. We appreciated that maintenance was on the grounds every morning keeping things neat and tidy. Even though it was spring break, the beach adjacent to the complex was not crowded and it was easy to find a place to set up. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate staying here again!

Great location, house needs attention

House location is great, we could walk to the beach easily and made it convenient for the teens to go back and forth. That said, AC was awful we actually got a text saying not to turn it to the lowest setting as it will freeze up and stop working- Not ok. IT was very HOT the first night and made it very uncomfortable for everyone. Had 3 lightbulbs out, really? Just replace them. WiFI was NOT working, after multiple texts with no response the Mgmt company sent someone out, we were NOT informed and scared the crap out 2 of our teen girls who had walked back to the house from the beach, I was livid, got a text after the fact saying manit was at home and there was a new WiFi password. The carpets upstairs were FULL OF BURRS and stuck into the rug, what kind of cleanign job was that?? We had to wear shoes at all times upstairs as thats how bad the burrs were, I pulled about 20 out before I gave up . In summary all my biggest issues, AC, WiFi and cleaning are brought up in just about every post before this, I should have listened- I would not recommend renting this unit if any of those 3 issues are a concern of yours or be prepared for a hot first night, no WiFi without multiple calls and texts and wearing shoes upstairs for burrs (which makes me think the rest of the home was just not clean enough) Just FIX YOUR ISSUES, all I want is to write a glowing review, none of these issues are news to you
