Smelly Hotel

We paid for a signature room and got a standard. The room smelled really bad like mold and mildew. The breakfast did not have a good selection at all. The pool was dirty. Early morning, used the restroom and the toilet clogged and overflowed… when I called the front desk to notify, there was no maintenance person available. I had to run downstairs to use the lobby restroom. Did not even offer another room. We will not be staying here in the future. Also at check in nobody was at the front desk, when she did show up (lady with short blond hair) she was not welcoming and seemed irritated.

The floor in our room was wet. like soaking wet. guessing because of humidity but it was gross. other than that the hotel was nice. clean. breakfast was decent…. we had biscuits. plenty of butter but no jelly to be found lol.

Our stay was really nice. We stayed tonight two nights. The only thing that I would say was wrong and it wasn’t the hotel‘s fault was that someone allowed their kid to be running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. They knocked on our door twice. As soon as I called the office, the girl told me they already knew, and they were trying to figure out who it was. They were very nice about it and again it was not their fault. I can’t believe parents allow their kids to do stuff like that. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

In a restroom, the bathtub was rusted and full of mold. The breakfast at the offer they run out of food at 8:30 in the morning overall it was no good service his pictures of the restroom.
