Room seemed to lack some basic items, such as a fan in the bathroom, extra trash can in sink area. TV was mounted on a wall such that you couldn't see it from either bed. Hair in the trap of the shower. Overall, room was not what we had come to expect when staying at a Hampton Inn.

Hotel room was clean. AC didn’t work at first but they quickly fixed the issue. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, lots of options- kids enjoyed the waffle irons. Staff was helpful & friendly. The pool could use a good cleaning in the traps, but it was fun regardless.

I didn’t like that when we got to our rooms one of the keys didn’t work…next day both keys did not work. Also, sitting in my room and a stranger walks in on me holding up a key saying 332??? He apologized but this was very awkward! It was very frustrating not knowing if keys were going to work or not!
