The building needs updating. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There was no breakfast as advertised. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Absolutely the worst hotel and room we have ever stayed at. BUGS. Toilet dirty, sheets had hair and crumbs in them. Room was not cleaned at all. PLEASE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS before booking. Do not stay at this hotel even for just a place to sleep. You are legit better off sleeping on the side walk than in this hotel.

Acess to the room was odd. Had to go up steps that were on other side of building. The covers had holes in them. The hand towels had stains on them. No toilet paper on the roll. Remote was broken but still functional. The bed gave me heebeegeebee's, but i eventually slept for 3-4hrs before deciding to stay awake. No complimentary breakfast either

When I got my room, it was to be a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. I purchased an air freshener to help with the smell. No towels, no toilet paper, no tissue paper, only two pillows for two adults. I went to the front desk to request the items. I was told to return at 6pm management control the items in question. I returned at 6pm, I requested that management bring two more pillows, for two adults. And towels and tissue paper. The shower head was leaking, splashing water outside the shower stall, crazy!!!! People were outside the front door of the room next door smoking sitting on a chair, provided by the hotel and a commercial ash tray to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts. This was to be a non-smoking area. Supposedly My room was a non-smoking room. Terrible smell, welcome experience, unsatisfying !!!!! Plus the next day my room was not serviced, I had to return to the front desk and have management check with her house keeping and replacing my used towels and empty tissue box. I would rate this hotel a zero 00000 !!!!!

This hotel advertises breakfast all over the place.... The website, their lobby, the key card jacket. There is no breakfast whatsoever. There is coffee and juice in the lobby, but that is literally it.
