Room staff were amazing. Our room was always cleaned when we wanted. If we didn't want it cleaned we left DND card on the door. Breakfast was OK. We were close enough to to several restaurants that had really good breakfasts....so we skipped the hotel breakfast several times. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool is pretty small so if you like to swim, you may want pick a different place.

We started our stay in an Ocean front room which had the most fabulous, large deck facing the ocean and main street. It was perfect for watching the Carnival parades. Our last night we had to move which the staff made seamless. Our second room was pretty much the same except the deck was smaller but we could still see part of the ocean and a little of the parade route. What made it a little disappointing was the fact there weren't any robes and we had half the TV channels, the English ones were gone. I would highly recommend this Hotel and if you want an Ocean front room book well inadvance.

Central location walking distance from the ferry and close to a variety of restaurants. Not a big pool or many places to sit. View was spoilt by the cruise ships moored infront. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. As a VIP nice to get a free drink and late checkout. Reception staff also offered advice on tours. The room we were given on the 5th floor 509 had a loud noise coming from the roof which was unacceptable as we couldn’t sleep. We asked to move down a floor to 409 and this was much better. However this needs to be sorted so other clients don’t have the same problem and inconvenience.
