I checked in for a 5 night stay. My schedule was changing so I asked about cutting my stay short by one night. I was told I had to call Expedia. But when I called Expedia, they said I had to speak to reservations at the hotel. Of course reservations wasn't in on Sunday. They were gone when I returned to the hotel after work on Monday. On Tuesday, the desk clerk suggested emailing reservations. I did. No response. On Wednesday I tried calling. It went to voice mail and the mailbox was full. I tried again. They disconnected me. Finally got through on the third call. I was told yes I could check out but they'd charge me $75. This was news to me. And there was zero flexibility.
The room itself was okay. They provide a coffee maker and enough coffee for one cup of coffee or no cups at all when housekeeping ignores the coffee machine. Housekeeping, may or may not remember to leave a bath mat in the bathroom too. There is a very limited breakfast that is supposed to be served at 6:30am but in reality, 6:30 is when they start setting up.
Overall it was simply not a good experience and there are two many other options for me to ever stay there again.
