We had no hot running water and the weather here in Dallas was in the low 40s. They finally transferred us to a new room however the morning of check As I was showering the water went from comfortably warm to very cold and I had to cut my shower short. The Hotel Manager Rodney Aguilera agreed to comp our first night and give us a complimentary breakfast. Staff was great but the hotels plumbing condition was very poor.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. Hotel needs lots of update and repairs. Parking could have been better but hotel was funny booked. Customer service was very nice and welcoming. Not sure I would stay again. Personally expected more from a Marriott but guess times have changed.

The hotel is clean and the room comfortable. I stayed three nights. There was nothing majorly wrong, just a lot of little issues. The main two issues was the hot water (it would last about three minutes before turning cold, no matter at night or in the morning) and having to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the Bistro (their small restaurant) to get dinner. As mentioned, there were several other minor issues, but those were the main ones.

The room smelled sweaty musty. And there are no trash bags used in the hotel. Just seems unsanitary. there is not enough menu option in the small food area. However the hotel is well kept and services was great.
