While I stay in Addison 3-4 times per year, this was my first stay at this property. Starting with check-in, Richie (?) couldn’t have been more pleasant, efficient, and professional. The same goes for the team serving breakfast. They were SO nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping was every other day and she was on top of her game. Highly recommend.

One of the most average hotels I’ve seen lately. Extremely thin/noisy floors, wow. Hollow doors and could hear absolutely everything in the hallway. Rooms were depressingly scant, cold decor, if any. The grounds were pretty good, little sport court & nice hang out spots, walking distance to decent restaurants. But,.. eh. Shop around do more solid walls & floors.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the facilities need some upkeep. Our first room smelled of smoke, the second had AC issues, and the third was fine except for a broken fridge. We appreciated the staff’s efforts, though the maintenance problems affected our stay.
