Good, clean, and comfortable hotel about 7 miles from downtown Dallas. Safe area. No breakfast is a disappointment. Wifi is okay.

I was in Dallas for the weekend for a convention with my son. I rented a car at the airport. The hotel is conveniently located, it was about 20 minutes from downtown and was also close to the other spots we wanted to check out. There is a Denny's a very short walk away for breakfast as well as other dining options in close proximity to drive.

The only saving grace for this property was the front staff. Anthony and another lady were fabulous. The first room I was in the air sure didn't work and at midnight I finally called and told them I couldn't handle it and they let me switch rooms well at that point when I got to the new room, I was tired just climbed into bed. didn't even turn on the lights in the bedroom, pull down the blankets and the bed, but I was tired when I woke up this morning. There was blood on the inside of the blanket and the sheets that did not belong to me.

Raise the microwave and refrigerator

We enjoyed our stay there, but we’re both 70 years old and it’s hard to bend down to get to the refrigerator or the microwave. Just a suggestion from us senior folks.
