Welcome wasn’t overly friendly but we arrived late 10:30 pm and both he and I were tired. Better in the morning. Breakfast was good if hot was hot and no toast..just bagel or small commercial muffin. I went with instant oatmeal.

We booked a specific room and paid extra to have jet tub and king size bed for new years. Upon arrival they said the room was double booked and they put us in a room with none of those things but charged us the same. When we asked to have the difference reimbursed they rejected our request, saying 'no room changes are possible'. Total rip off and horrible customer service. I'm a Best Western member too, but since I used a third party service I'm in customer service hell trying to get this resolved. Shame on Best Western and disappointing from Orbitz.
