The young lady who checked us demanded 60dollars a room because we checked in early. Our rooms were ready. We were due at dinner at 1pm. We fought the charges and she retracted the money. Towels were too thin and not very hot water for a shower.

Everything there are terrible. Bathroom shower and sink Clog in both rooms heat unit make a lot of noise . 1 of the room heat doesn’t work . They offer breakfast On the website and they didn’t. They tell us by law don’t need to provide breakfast . Place are to ugly . I’m not happy with this place sorry

Staff is very courteous and friendly. Facility is quite dated and worn, but clean, & a BARGAIN. Bed was comfortable enough - slept well, despite a 4:15AM train behind the building & 6:45AM vacuuming. Did not hear Route 7 traffic in the back. The breakfast bar offerings were unappealing; did not eat there.

Aging hotel/motel. Window air/heat conditioning was dirty, could see the dirt accumulated inside the grill, not safe for breathing. Window curtains needed repair, e.g hems were torn out. Refrigerator had rust on the door base. Bathroom: nightlight did not work, we had to leave the light on in order to see our way there during the night. Clean towels were not provided, had to reuse. There were rooms where people actually are living there. Do not recommend this facility for travel bookings.

I would have appreciated kleenex or other tissue. Also, since luugage didn't come through until the next day, a toothbrush in the room would have been nice. The "apple juice" for breakfast was clearly a powdered drink, not juice. Not enough fruit or bread options.

The room is in terrible condition. The outlets were loose. We had to bend the plug on our charger to finally make it work. Be warned that if you have a room on the second floor the stairs are extremely steep.

Good for a quick stop.

This is definitely just for a need to have a quick stopover on your way somewhere at a cost-effective price. Yes the carpets are dingy but beyond that it's fine with comfortable bed and clean room. The so-called breakfast was only bread for toast and dry cereal. I have stayed twice now and I would go back as a comfortable stay over.

I hate to write reviews but my stay here warranted it. Nice person at concierge but the hotel room was in horrible conditions. The desk chair was dirty and filled with stains and there was a bed bug on my bed. I had to sleep in my car until the morning. Great price point but not worth it.
