Overall good. Clean but tired. Mattresses need an upgrade in all bedrooms-especially the master. It was just two old twins pushed together. The toilet ran continuously unless the water source was turned off. Fairly clean, good communication with host. Overall, nice.

This property was the perfect size and location for our getaway. It is centrally located on the island and offers nearby beach parking passes that were a great asset. The yard was perfect for our daughter to set up her volleyball net. We loved that it was pet friendly and the balconies were a great place to relax in the mornings and evenings.

Everything was great- we did ask for more laundry detergent bc they only supplied us with one pod, they said what they supply us with is what we get. So we had to go buy laundry detergent so that we were able to wash their towels as required per check out, which was no big deal

Beach get away

We enjoyed our stay so much it was a blast it was me my dtr 26 my son 28....we rented a hot pink 4 seater club golf cart for 48 hrs I highly recommended... explored the island visited fort gaines so much history the sea lab/aquarium visited the beach collected shells omg the endless fun n relaxation can't wait to visit again thank u so much for the hospitality

Wonderful place!

We love this home very much! We definitely will be call. Only complaints are the hard beds and Wi-Fi issues. But other than that it was everything!! Highly recommend!

Get what you pay for

It's a very old house, beds were not comfortable could feel the springs, sheets didn't feel clean at all and very scratchy cheap, the backdoor was extremely difficult to close and open thought it was going to break and definitely didn't feel safe that it was locked. The 5 spots we were allowed by the permit to park to go to the beach, 3 of them were blocked off due to construction and the 4th was too far from the house. Coffee maker was broken and no grill which we knew about but still what house doesn't provide a grill!? Definitely a the cheapest on that island but still could have been better

Excellent Short Getaway

The property is well equipped and maintained. I received my check in credentials prior to arrival and had no problems. There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage.

Cute house but run down

Beds so hard we slept on couches. Door to ocean view deck stuck so can't access it from living room. Pots and pans old and disgusting. House has something making a loud vibrating noise off and on. On busy street with loud traffic noise. Can see a speck of ocean between 2 houses but most of the "fantastic view" is of all the houses surrounding this one and the street it is on. If you still want to rent it here are directions to the beach since none were provided and there are no signs, so we just had to wander around until we found it: go right out of the driveway and then left on the first street (not court) that you come to. It dead ends at beach access.

Nice Beach House

This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Tv wasn't working. We had to miss the wrestling match first time in 15 years. Tried to get a hold of host. No response. The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. Can't wait to get back home and get in my own bed. Other than that, it was an overall comfortable stay. It was an adorable house.

Dads birthday

House was exactly as expected. It is an older home with older home issues. Furniture was very nice and comfortable, beds left a little bit to be desired.. the only big issue I had was when the code would not let us into the house and it took 15 minutes just to get in touch with someone( automated), I feel like I should have had a contact person on the island, not an automated answering service. Overall, we had a nice trip celebrating my dads 81st birthday, just wish it hadn’t been so cold
..would stay again if we are ever in the need of a home on Dauphin Island.. it’s a WONDERFUL place to be.

Clean and roomy

This is a good place. Beautiful view. Very clean and roomy. We had 6 adults and baby and never felt crowded. Stairs can be issue with infants. Vacasa does a great job gett Back to you with issues

Great Location but Property could use repairs.

The location was great and it was fairly spacious but needed repairs to the floor which was slanted and a tripping hazard. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
