Go somewhere else

Mattress was hard. Pillows had no support. Got a middle floor room heard people walking about all night. The light in bathroom didn’t work. Hated it. Left at 5:30 am to go back home down the road. Stayed only because we were without power for 2 days after a storm. Wasn’t even worth staying there. Went back home to suffer in heat but more peaceful than this rusty dusty crusty hotel.

It was easy to find and situated nicely for travel throughout the area. We found the room was small and typical extras we not available; such as shampoo, ice bucket etc. the office was challenging to locate as the signage was present. The person checking in was not welcoming at all. Not even a smile!

The room had a funky smell like musty Fritos. When I turned the bed covers down to get in, I found 2 long black hairs in between the top and bottom sheet. That gave me pause that the sheets had not been changed. The sheets and pillowcases were also very worn and pilled. I did not expect a super great room for the inexpensive rate, but I did expect it to be clean.

Not good for seniors

The bathroom is very small. Water pressure is low. No shear curtains in windows. Toilet is too low for seniors. Room service did not pick up old and bring new towels after first day. Had to go to the front office to get them. Batteries in TV remote did not work.

Hotel stinks. From the lobby to elevator to the rooms everywhere stinks. I was surprise here in united state institutions will allow such properties to be used to serve Americans and customers.
