This hotel was listed as a 7 of 10 stars. It was 1 of 10 at best. The stove, refrigerator and microwave have visible rust. The floor moldings were damaged and pulling away from the wall. The hairdryer did not work. The TV did not work. We did stop at the from desk to ask for a solution. The evening front desk person was polite and offered that she did not know how to fix it but, assured us it would be fixed the next day. It was never repaired. The bathroom had hair from previous guests in the tub and on the floor. This room has not had any renovations in many years. There was rust on anything metal. The pictures and description for this hotel are misleading. The outer bed linens some type of stains on them. And the floors were dirty. The chair and tables were falling apart and had exposed press board. It was not at all what we were expecting based on the rating and the amount that we paid for our two-night stay.

The room was a good size and nice beach view. The saff is also very nice. There is not enough parking lot. We are also pretty sure there was black mold because we saw it on the mattress and the bathroom roof was tearing appart. Both my friend and I ended up with really swollen eyes and respiratory problem when we were in the room. The problems went away when we exit the room.

It’s just not kept up very well. You to go get extra towels and toilet paper at front desk. Most hotels bring it to you. It’s fairly clean in the room but outside is bad.

This place was sorry, run down & our shower didn’t work. Elevator inspection expired in 2023. Staff was NOT helpful. Our key cards didn’t work. It was awful! Stay clear of this place.

I have a concern, l received an email with certain amount that was charged to my bank account and with a remaining total to be paid off, why the hotel charged me in full? And i showed it to the attendant and didnt know anything about it.

Sheets were disgusting. Floor wasn’t swept. I let front desk know and they had housekeeper come. She remade the bed with the same bedding and didn’t sweep the floor. I had to go buy bedding to be able to have clean sheets and I also had to have the front desk give me a broom and dust pan to sweep the floors myself. They done nothing to improve our stay. The heat in the rooms did not work as well. The room also smelled bad.

This place was disgustingly dirty. It looked like floors and appliances and bathroom had not been cleaned in years. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom in plain view which means they do t clean the rooms before guest come. The refrigerator had filthy all over the top and the floors were disgustingly dirty that if you walked on them barefoot your feet were black with dirt. Thankfully we had relatives staying nearby and only had to stay in our room one night during our stay. They should condemn it.

When first checking in the service was good. One of my rooms lock didn’t work. They immediately changed my room. My main room was clean, but smelt like mildew. Overall experience, good for the price and the view made up for everything else. Location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants and a half mile from the boardwalk. We enjoyed our getaway.
