Easy check in, staff were pleasant. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Older building but kept well considering its on the ocean. There for bike week, understand that is a peak time for them but we had to leave a day early on a four night stay due to illness. They were not willing to refund or give any credit. Disappointed that they offered nothing.

Breakfast consisted of yogurt, clementines, dried stale mini muffins & coffee…not what we expected. The water pressure in the shower was not good, the rooms are somewhat updated. The signage out front needs improving drove past twice before we found it. The pool, hot tub are very nice view of the ocean is great

Room is very clean. Bathroom had only one light working so quite dark. Entrance door should be repaired or changed,seemed bent and paint peeling. I payed extra for ocean front balcony, however my balcony is a main walkway to the stairs. I'd stay there again but would be picking a better area.

Need more taking care of property. Painting maids do a good job cleaning rooms.fixing stuff in rooms need to be look at.last time we stood there it eas about a 9 this time about a 4-5 its going down hill.

The Staff was very friendly. Our room was musty smelling, which is typical for an ocean view. The headboards were very dusty. We stayed for 6 days, and the first 3 days, we got full service of clean towels, trash pick up, etc... The last 3 day, we did not receive the full service. The in-room safety box did not work. The manger said that none of the in in-room safety deposit boxes worked in the entire hotel.
