This hotel is just 10 years old and well maintained. Breakfasts were fresh and something different every day. Close to many fast food restaurants and a food truck in the parking lot.

The staff lied to me on several occasions about being managers when they were not managers some woman named Vanessa straight up, lied about being a manager at the institution and they charge me multiple times on my credit cards on both credit cards even though I went through a third-party trying to get my money back, it has been more than a hassle, even though it was all their fault no one has steel to this day corrected or call back to even say sorry

Good stay, bad pet upkeep

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was decent. My one suggestion is for the management of the hotel to pay a little better attention to all of the dog poop in the rocks surrounding the property. You charge a pet fee, make sure to keep it clean. Responsible pet owners shouldn’t have to deal with it. Also, have a real dog are. Those gigantic rocks everywhere are very difficult to clean up.

Do not stay here!

The hotel was horrible and we had to leave after being there for an hour! We were there at 11:30 PM and very exhausted. We got unpacked and went to bed. There were loud noises coming from above us with lots of children yelling! The chemical smells in the room were so strong we got sore throats and burning eyes! We had to leave. We’ve requested a refund and the management is not responding to us!

Great Customer Service

It was amazing thanks to the front desk lady named Vanessa. We arrived to Denver from Chicago, traveled due to a funeral. My father being 77 years old was feeling ill due to the altitude, we arrived super early and Vanessa was able to accommodate us ti check in 2 hours prior to check in, so my father could rest. That's amazing customer service. And every day she would see us, she would ask my father how he was feeling. I will always be greatful for her kindness and attention.

They have signs posted about no smoking or marijuana use in the building. Yet someone close to our room was using marijuana and stunk up the whole hallway and our room. I wasn’t too thrilled about that since I had my kids with.
