Check-in Personel were efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Although the parking wad priced well the airport shuttle vehicle was old, dirty and in disrepair. Overalk a good value and would stay again.

Sink pipes kept leaving black pieces of something in the sink. Staff: evening staff couldn’t understand him, morning staff was not listening to what I was saying. The shuttle did not show up for the last run at the airport . Breakfast they couldn’t keep food stocked up. I have stayed at this place a couple times before didn’t have any problems. Not sure what is happening but we will find another place to stay after this.

Very clean room and seems recently renovated. The shower pressure was incredibly weak, so it make showering a bit difficult.

The price was great and we had everything we needed, however there were no blackout drapes. The see through curtain was in place and there were 2 side panels only so all the light got in and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was kind of small and didn’t lock but not a huge deal. We heard everything going on in the room next door (and I mean EVERYTHING…) but again, for the price, it was great. The front desk lady that checked us in had a whole line and she worked to cut down the line as quickly as possible while providing a friendly service so we appreciated that! The breakfast team would come out and refill items pretty quickly.

Airport shuttle: was not available at 11:30pm. Other quality inn’s run shuttles 24 hours from the airport. Front desk: night desk employee mumbled and we could not understand what he was saying, level of assistance was not helpful. The inside area of the hotel smelled badly. From our understanding from the night desk employee he was unable to confirm a second night we had booked. We were told to check in the morning. In the morning we went to confirm our second night stay and she answered with are you extending your stay? I said we had previously added another night before today. We asked again do we have a second night and she asked again are you extending your stay? We were attempting to ask questions to ensure we had a room and felt we were not heard. Room: safely hazard: air conditioner had a short with the plug in. Door to hallway was not sealed.
