The hotel was BEAUTIFUL. The staff was very friendly. Very convenient to Union Station. The restaurant on the property, the Urban Farmer, was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Very convenient location! Valets were super friendly - front desk staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness. I was surprised at how filthy the windows and window blinds were- they were literally caked with dust and dirt. There was also an empty can under our nightstand from a previous guest. Some more attention could be given to housekeeping.

We loved staying at this historic hotel. I had such charm and grace to it. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. 5 minute walk to Union Station made it so easy to get to and from the airport. The free bourbon tasting was great and the complimentary transportation via Lyft within a 2 mile radius was an unexpected perk. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Loved the historic charm to the rooms. No mini fridge or microwave, but I didn't expect one either.
Lovely period decor on the lobby landing. Very quaint.
So close to Union Station, made it so easy to get back and forth from the airport

The hotel was great. The continental breakfast was very good, better than expected. The water bottle fill stations were a very nice touch! The only real issue was that the air conditioning wasn't great. It kept going on and off constantly. To be fair, this is a historic hotel that didn't originally have A/C.

The staff was excellent from the moment we pulled up in front. All friendly and very helpful. Easy check in, the rooms were like stepping back in time (except with all the amenities). Breakfast was wonderful. Easy walk to Union station. The restaurant was excellent. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
