Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. 3.5 stars due to bed situation . The master bed was so uncomfortable that we lay there with backs hurting every night. Finally, on our last night, we got up at 10 pm and left. This is a VERY thin mattress with a foam pad on top of it. A very soft foam pad. The whole this is encased in a zippered and stained cover. The foam pad shifts and ends up hanging over on one side. No way to reposition it without totally unzipping the whole thing. This set up causes the fitted sheet to not fit and it is just a very uncomfortable night. The owners should spend a couple nights in that bed.The unit was in a great location, elevators fast and smooth, beautiful view, cute furnishings and wall art. Clean except for some stained rugs and baseboards were dirty. They hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, but we could live with that.Overall a decent unit, but when something is advertised as “pent house,” you expect nicer than usual. A small amount of money could be spent on this place (new mattress, a good deep cleaning, some new paint) and it would be worthy of the pent house description. Right now it’s just ok.

The host were great and very responsive! The unit was just the perfect size and we had everything we needed for our stay! Although the cleanliness was not great, there were candy wrappers in the second bedrooms nightstand and trash under one of the twin beds and also alot of dust under all beds. I also wish the guest book was laid out , I accidentally found it going through drawers.

The view was absolutely amazing—the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Our jaws dropped the moment we walked into the condo. It’s probably one of the best views I’ve ever seen while staying in Florida. Everything was spotless and fully stocked with all the necessities.There was one day when we experienced a power outage (completely unrelated to the condo—it was the hotel’s issue), and the owners went above and beyond by refunding us for the inconvenience, which I thought was incredible.With that being said, my family and I have agreed that we will 100% stay here again and again. Trust me when I say this: BOOK THIS CONDO!

Beautiful room with beautiful views

We just spent two weeks in Destin and staying in this condo made those two weeks effortless. Everything we needed was provided from linens to kitchen items to beach toys and accessories. We’ve stayed in 4 different units at Pelican beach and we all agreed this unit was the best. Very clean and cozy and we will return in future.

Perfect location, beautiful views, friendly people all throughout the property, beautiful beach, check-in was smooth, and host got back to my questions super fast!. I cant say enough how Perfect this place was and how beautiful the condo and location was. I was blown away! Perfect for my family and I. Will for sure be trying to book here again in the future!
