Rooms and whole property was spotless. We enjoyed having dinner at the bar and food was delicious. Full service breakfast with lots of choices and great service was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I thought that I was getting a wheelchair accessible room, but I didn’t. The staff checked for an available accessible room, but none were available. Carpet was damp, paint had flaked off bathroom mirror, and there was an odor to the room. Bed was comfortable, but all in all, the room needed some serious upgrades. We travel a lot, and I expected more from a Hilton. The common areas were nice, but sadly this was not a very enjoyable stay. The note on the waters in my room that stated if I was a diamond member, I was free to drink, but if not, there would be a charge if I drank them. TACKY!

Everything was great except the fact that it was advertised as “breakfast INCLUDED”. When we check in we were told that breakfast was not included. Everything stood out, but the people from the desk to the restaurant staff. The only negative is that with the temperatures hovering around 45-50 last night, there was no coffee in the restaurant to have with our dinner !
