The staff on property were fantastic. Exterior doors lock at 10pm for safety. Key card is needed to gain access to Lobby or Rooms. It felt very safe. Room was very clean. Bed was so comfortable!!

Clean newer hotel. Front desk people were friendly. Breakfast selection not very good. But I'm there for the clean room.

My stayed for night and it was okay. But I realized I had left and item in my room, I called the hotel about the item. I was told they would check with housekeeping and give me a call back and it has been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything. So the urgency of communication the hotel as a whole lacks

Nice Hotel. First, the staff were excellent, Very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel and our room was super clean. Very small, it is a micro hotel. Basically a bed and a washroom. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was super quiet as well. Would definitely recommend !

Very disappointed with this Microtel. Bed was hard, uncomfortable, springs creaked with every movement. Bathroom was dirty. Alarm clock had cord completely ripped out of it. Staff was very friendly though.

Good value, near gas/ convenience store.

So the room and the condition of the property is great and overall I was very impressed. The first night was great but the second night there were really noisy guests and the location itself is right near Royal Farms. If you're sensitive to noise, I would definitely ask for a room on the side opposite from the gas station. Overall, I felt this property was a real value, though.
