Staff was extremely friendly and gave us an upgrade at arrival. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you would need when staying at Dubai. It is close to the beach and it offers a complementary shuttle service to Jumeirah beach and the mall of the Emirates.

Hotel was clean, F&F staff was unfriendly. Hotel catch on fire the second night we was there, we all had to stand outside for over two hours before we was clear to enter. Management didn’t follow up with us to let us know what was going on.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
