The location is good, restaurants and shopping close by. the room was spotless, bathroom had a little mold around the bottom of the tub but not enough to warrant a bad review. The front desk staff was amazing, professional and very pleasant. I will be traveling to Duluth a few times in the future and I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta!
