Kaunis Black Bear -kaupunkimme (yksikkö 59) sijaitsee suoraan vastapäätä Durangon vuoristoaluetta (Purgatory) ja on täydellinen tukikohta lomallesi vuodenajasta riippumatta.

Kaupunkiasunnossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja pingispöytä autotallissa. Gourmet-keittiö, jossa on graniittilaatat ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, sisältää baarin, jossa on istuimet, ja se avautuu pääasialliseen asuintilaan ja ruokailutilaan, mikä antaa sinulle runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen.

Nauti upeista näkymistä Engineer Mountainille ja laskettelurinteille kummaltakin parvekkeelta tai kävele lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kauniista yhteisön huvimajasta, jossa on tilaa ulkona ruokailuun, samoin kuin palo-kuoppaan ja ulkoilma-alueelle.

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. It was very nice. The description was a little deceiving in that it said we had use of pool and hot tub but we had to pay extra to get a pass across the street. Overall very clean, carpets need to be cleaned.

Very nice place!

Easy check in, property was clean and well stocked with supplies to start off with. Close to purgatory ski resort. The on call shuttle service was very convenient for getting back and forth to the ski lifts. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Spring Break Ski Trip

We have stayed at numerous slope side condos at Purgatory and this one is our new favorite. The rental company is by far the easiest we have ever worked with and makes sure that you are totally satisfied with your stay. We will definitely be using the Durango Vacation Rental Collective again when we return to Purgatory.

Awesome Mountain Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful and looked exactly as expected. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate outdoor spaces (patios). Even though we were there for a week (5 of us), enough supplies were left for us that we didn't even have to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent and dryer sheets - unbelievable! Condo is just across the street from Purgatory Resort so we enjoyed the pool, ski lift, slide, and coaster over there a couple days. Rode the train and went whitewater rafting - had a blast - condo was perfect for our needs and booking was effortless with Premier Vacation Rentals Group!! Highly recommend them and this condo!

It was a great location for the ride because we were right in the middle of the course between Durango and Silverton. There is not much going on or many places to eat near the resort so we had to drive back and forth between the townhome and Durango quite a bit. It's about a 30 minute drive and it beautiful so it wasn't bad, just something we had to plan for. The house was in very nice condition and we had everything we needed! The 3rd loft style bedroom is very small and probably best suited for kids although we did put two adults in there. Leading up to our stay the number of peaoplencimjng with us changed and we needed a smaller place than what we originally booked. Keith was great to work with, very responsive and professional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Telluride every summer. This year, we decided to check out Purgatory, for 4 nights, and then drove to Telluride for a week. The home in Purgatory (black bear 59) was wonderful! It made our trip so much more fun and different this year. We enjoyed riding the mountain roller coaster at the resort and the scenic chair lift ride. Every night, we strolled down to the lake, which is very close. The deck was heavenly and we saw many hummingbirds. It's more affordable than Telluride, too. Very peaceful environment. Wonderful hiking and my husband enjoyed fly fishing, too. Our contact, Keith, was very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. 5 stars with the exception of very dirty ceiling fan blades (my pet peeve with rentals). Overall, the home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

The condo was clean and well stocked. The internet was out for 4 of the 5 days we were there but that wasn’t the fault of those managing the rental, the entire complex was out. The microwave could stand to be replaced as you had to hold the door closed to get it to work. But other then that, it was well maintained. A piece of information not included in the rental info was that you are o my allowed 2 cars. One in the garage and one in the driveway. Any additional cars must be left at the overflow parking lot for the resort. There isn’t any on property extra parking spaces. Not a deal breaker, but we had 3 families with 3 cars. And while we were not happy about having to leave a car unattended in the overflow lot, it all turned out ok.

The House is in Purgatory

The house is nice. It is located in Purgatory which is in between Silverton and Durango. It’s about 30 mins from Durango. The house is in a very desolate area. We did not go during snow season so there wasn’t much to do close to the house. The check in process was very easy and our GPS took us directly to the property from Montrose Airport. Also if you’re driving to the property from Montrose you’ll drive through Red Mountain Pass and while it’s a beautiful drive, you’re butthole will be puckered from fear lol. The house wasn’t as clean as I had hoped for. They’re were chips on the floor when we arrived, empty Bud Light bottle on the patio. The patio was also very dirty with dirt and bird crap and the patio furniture cushions has definitely seen their better days. Some of the cushions were even missing. But the real issue was when I pulled back the covers in the masters bed there was a ring. Looked like a wedding ring and there was hair on the sheets. We had to completely strip the bed and search for more sheets. Overall the house served the purpose.

Easy Mountain Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Black Bear 59 for a week to ski with our family of 5. Condo has beautiful views and the free shuttle pick up / drop off to the resort was quick and easy for us. We used the grill, and kitchen had all the resources needed for cooking. Internet was painfully slow, our kids missed school for a week while skiing, and needed to turn in a few assignments electronically. The wifi was not ever strong enough for my kids to access the needed materials or send communication to their teachers, we ended up using our personal hotspots for this instead. TV was also painfully slow. Watched a couple of movies in the evening, and buffering was an issue. My husband had to update the downstairs TV in order to access the basic cable channels to watch the Super Bowl. Pet hair was an issue too. We love animals and do not have a problem with rentals being pet friendly. However, pet hair was absolutely everywhere. 1 of my kiddos and I do have certain allergies to pet hair and were coughing, wheezing & sneezing all week. I ended up getting allergy medicine for us, which helped. The blankets provided had hair all over them, and we could not sit on the floor due to the hair. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but it felt like everywhere else had not been properly vacuumed or dusted - due to the quantity of pet hair we experienced. Like I mentioned, we love animals but if allergies are an issue, I would consider looking elsewhere to stay. Other than the wifi and issues with pet-allergies, we loved our time at Purgatory and the condo suited our family nicely.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Party of 5 adults and 3 kids. Living, Dining, and Kitchen very small areas. Bedrooms and baths very nice however master mattress is in need of replacing. One bunk bed does not have ladder and has an opening where a child could fall through to downstairs. Be aware if you bring two cars one must be in garage at all times, no parking on street so you wont be able to use ping pong table. CONSTRUCTION right on top of driveway. Kitchen appliances need repair - I would say cooktop is hazard based on gas flames shooting. Built in microwave not working so another one is on countertop taking up limited space. Loved having washer/dryer, loved location, Need to go to Durango for walmart or grocery store, dr places to dine. Balconys were nice

The house had everything we needed plus so many fun things for the kids. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub as well. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

Property was even better than pictures. It was beautiful, clean and more than we expected. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and my 4 year old granddaughter found legos in the closet that kept her busy all weekend. View of the mountain from master bedroom was stunning.
