Clean surroundings and easy check in. Our room was a suite and had 2 TVs but only one working remote control. Replacement remotes did not work. Pool and hot tub looked clean but hot tub was ice cold. Bathroom sink faucet hot water only got warm after 3-4 minutes of running the water. Disappointed

The room was spacious and comfortable, in a king suite, but it had a bad smell. Needed air freshener and cleaning to remove the smell. Everything else was good in the room. The front desk staff was nice. But the kitchen staff at breakfast was not friendly, she didn't smile or appear happy. She actually seemed irritated when I and others asked simple questions.

This hotel takes you back in time. Everything is run-down . Furniture and carpet from the 70's, stained and disgusting cover, mattress sagging in the middle,curtain shower from the movie Psycho. Please,don't spend your money in this place. Run as fast as you can!

Accommodations were very good for the price. Convent location to explore the eastern shore towns -st Michael’s, Easton, Oxford Cambridge etc. Staff was very helpful, specifically Brandon.
