Adequate for our one night stay. Historic buildings. Walkable to several restaurants, highly recommend The LONGBRANCH restaurant. Spacious parking. There was a cleaning towel left in our bathroom behind the door, spiders in the upper corner of the shower. Bathroom definitely needs updating and a deep cleaning (especially in the corners of the floor). Furniture old and worn, but matches the vibe of the place. Bed pillows were hard, otherwise bed was fairly comfortable. Check in was easy, no staff at the hotel, but easily reached via text.

This was a very cozy spot for our family to stay while we were regrettably in town for a funeral. It was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Small but sufficient

The checkin was completely self serve with a text giving me a code to enter my room. The location is within walking distance to some places to eat or shop. I was given a link to a website that provided everything you need to know. Shelbyville is a cute small town. I visited several of the shops downtown and everyone was welcoming and helpful.

Quietly met expectations.

Clean room, clean bathroom, clean carpets and bed. Quiet. AC/Heater worked great and was quiet. What more is wanted? Okay, the front door needs some weather stripping as cold air was coming through the sides and under the door. But no big deal since the heater worked so well.
