Not a proper Fairfield

After a 5 hour drive, I arrived to the property at around 11:30p. Nobody was at the front desk and it took 20 minutes to find someone to check me in. Room was not a Fairfield quality room. Decor was very 1990 and the bathroom did not have any bar soap.

We ended up checking out 2 hours later. The room floor carpet had holes, the joint room door had been kicked it, the tiles in the bathroom slopped up and all moved, no shower curtain but could get a nonslip mat only by request. For the amount of money i paid and didnt even feel comforable enough to stay with my kids is crazy.

Needs work!

We checked in very late and had to be on the road by 6 or I would have demanded a different room or refund. The room smelt terrible. There were holes in the carpet throughout the room, the thermostat didn’t work- it was so hot! And the bedding for the pull out sofa bed was used (dirty) thankfully we had a few extra blankets and a pillow we packed to have for use. The two queen beds, the mattress was so worn out that even the slighter movement caused a loud squeaking noise so anytime someone moves we all woke. We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years and never had anything like this- which is why I was so surprised and very very disappointed. This room was terrible

Best Hotel in El Centro

I love staying overnight at this hotel ! The rooms are clean and fresh and the showers are amazing ! Very relaxing environment to sleep in and very comfortable furniture to relax on, the hotel staff treats me like family every time I book a room here so I feel very at home at this Hotel !
