None of the outlets worked, the shower only had cold water, we were there for my uncle's funeral we had just came in from Arizona had an hour to get ready but couldn't. I went back to the office and a different person was there and when I told him the situation his reply was what do you want me to do. Really not a great answer. I asked for a different room he did get us a different room, however it had no towels whatsoever and to top it off the light's didn't work only one lamp. I went back and told the gentleman he didn't look too happy to see me again. I told him I was really thinking about calling the corporate office, that's when his attitude changed and got us towels, I even asked him to let his cleaning employees know about it. After checking the lights again they didn't have any light bulbs so I went back for a third time which they did send the maintenance guy to put light bulbs. It was disappointing especially being late for my uncle's services 😕

My feeling about quality of the room has getting down, some bad odors and cover pillows had a not agradable freshens as in the past. The old toilet uses an excess of water and it is necessary to flush it two or three times.

Room wasn't really cleaned i found hair in the ice bucket and the shower felt like it was going to cave in and no hot water and the breakfast wasn't good at all the waffles were premade and it was soggy and under cooked and the juice was so watered down

se encuentra el exterior de las habitaciones bastante sucio, no tienen jabón para baño, me informo la persona de recepción que el propietario del hotel no surte ni jabón para baño, tampoco clínex para las habitaciones, no tienen tostador de pan, una experiencia muy mal es decepcionante recibir este tipo de servicios
