The staff at that day was so so rude and said i was a liar when i had the proof in my phone, she stated i extended my stay with a double bed and in my phone it said king size, i stayed at room 229 it has a king size, i chose to stay in the same room, yet she said i booked a double, and was so super rude about everything. It is not the first time we have an encounter like that with her or ANY of the female employees, some are super sweet and the guy too, but the rest jeez its like they pay you guys to be extra rude. After this last stay, idc but were not staying there anymore, they always give us a really hard time

The beds are really firm and no elevator exists for 2nd floor. Expect a basic, no frills stay that meets the price you pay. That said, there are equivalent prices in the area that might have better value. No pet fees is a huge plus!

Make sure if you want to extend your stay you do it 24 hrs in advance....and don't even ask the workers for help ...the lady in the front desk pretended to be the manager and told me she doesn't know how to extend a reservation....I tried early in the morning With plenty of time to extend it and she never helped....worse customer service ever ...then I called corporate and they couldn't even compensation me for their lack of knowledge. Motel 6 on ftbliss and airport no one knows how to extend a reservation and the lady in the front pretended to be the manager.and very rudely was not helpful at all. Worste stay ever with worse help ever
