Great grounds and nice pol but the free breakfast was not worth the incentive to stay here. I wish I picked somewhere else, they ran out of milk and bananas and after asking to replenish I was ignored and I ended up eating nothing since I cannot have carbs due to a diet restriction. Other then that it served its purpose for one night ..

This hotel is fine but I have two complaints: one, I could hear guests seated outside my room talking for a good portion of the early evening and two, the breakfast was really poor quality and not even worth eating. I barely finished it my first morning and then didn't even bother my second, opting for airport food instead.

We had a medical emergency and the front desk person got the paramedics for us quickly. We needed to change our trip to get back to St Louis to our doctors and the front desk helped by getting us check out and on our way to our rebooked flight.

This is a nice place in a nice area for a very fair price. The inside courtyard around the heated pool is a nice touch as is the shuffleboard and large chess games. The place clearly makes an effort and it shows. The staff could be a bit friendlier but they did their jobs so all good. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely fantastic stay. Everything from the staff/service to the courtyard/ poolside was top notch. The location was perfect, several restaurant/ stores within walking distance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service which was very nice. We will be returning and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only draw back was the stairs up to 2nd floor due to no elevators in building. Carrying luggage up those stairs was hard. But it did say no elevator on website so we did know ahead of time. This was the prettiest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at, and especially the outside courtyard.
