Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on Expedia that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not.

Fint hotel, dig havde vi bestilt det dyrere værelse med “sea-view” det var dog mere et “mose-view” men ellers fint område og hotel der fokuserer på familier med teenage børn!

Nice hotel, but as a family trip with focus on the waterpark and swimmingpool, the water was freezing cold! We measured the water to 22,3 degree, resulting all family members got a bad cough the day after :(

Beautiful waterfront property.

Our hotel is in a wonderful location close to the village. Our room was facing water and ground level which was nice. If you want water view - be sure to request . The property is quite large, but the restaurant and marina seems to be the center where everyone passes at some point. Loads of activities for kids. Wonderful Breakfast Buffet included in our rate - room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend again.

Överlag bra men kombination av blinkande lysrör i badrummet som borde upptäckts under städ och liten glasbit i golvmattan gav slarvigt intryck. Märkligt system för P avgift istället för vanliga apparna, onödigt krångel med så stora parkeringsytor. Trevlig personal! Mysig miljö runt hotellet.
