This hotel was very clean. It had a great breakfast for a fee. I booked this hotel based on it's amenities. At check out i was explaining that this was a nice hotel however very disappointed in the lack of a even warm "spa". I did not get to finish my conversation with the attendant before i was rudely interrupted by the maintenance person who chose to have raised voice at me, even tho i was being calm and respectful in my dialog to the feont clerk. The maintenance man "of 20years" also chose to curse at me. It would have been easy to join him in the swearing fun and act an ass as he was. He a angrily asked what could be done to make it right to fullfill the "hilton garden promise". I had no answer at first and he demanded my response 2 more times angrily. So i said you could give me a discount on my stay. And he very wickedly said my only choice was points. Fine give me points that i will not be using because if this is how customers are allowed to be treated that are being calm and respectful I want nothing more to do of that. He almost had me in tears. The swells were there. I asked the feont clerk if he was a manager and she said "no". His authoritative behavior raised my anxiety and i probably should have responded the way he was treating me. I am a better person than that. Once i can wrap my head around the disrespect of this hospitality establishment I will be reaching out about this.

Clean but the sink needed to be flushed and the furniture was old and tired. Phone handset didn’t work. No food or bar open for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day but had breakfast. Should have told me. Staff was great

It was a nice stay minus the children running up and down the hall in an out of the pool even after the pool was closed and the front desk rep had told them the pool was closed and they still did not listen to her. I think when the pool is closed it should be locked by staff that the room keys do not work after closing hours. It was very annoying and my room was completely across from the area. I just did not like that part however. The stay is always great. I think the bar area should be open a little later than 10pm at least mid night that would be nice. The breakfast was great we will continue to stay here when we travel to PA for family visits. We love it.
