We stayed here for Parents Weekend — this was our second time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed the TV wasn’t working. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that DirecTV was working on the issue, but unfortunately, it remained out of service for our entire stay. In addition, we had no hot water throughout the weekend. On Sunday morning, things got worse — there was no running water at all. The sink, shower, and toilet were completely unusable. My wife had to use a hand towel to rinse off soap and then go next door to the restaurant just to wash her hands. When we spoke to the front desk, they had no explanation for what happened. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this hotel, despite its convenient location.

This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I've stayed at. Outdoor and lobby areas are clean and nice. But when we checked in the tv was not receiving a signal, we went to the front desk and was told it had been out for a few days, which should have been mentioned when we checked in. The bathroom needs updating and a deep cleaning. The following day, the water was not functioning for about 2 hours, couldn't flush the total, barely a trickle in the sink and shower. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night.

The location is good and there was plenty of parking. I only interacted briefly with one employee at the front desk, who was cordial. My room was clean; however, there was a large red stain on the carpet next to the bed. If I hadn't arrived so late in the evening, I would have asked for another room.

The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the ceiling needed to be painted at breakfast the Pancake and Waffle machines were both broken there was no food when I got there had to wait 10 minutes and then it was gone in a second what they did have Was friendly staff

The hotel is located in a great area. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance or a few minutes drive away. We stayed for 3 nights and did have an issue with our room on the first night. Kinsey at the reception desk was the best and helped us to get a new room. The next day we met Sam the Manager who not only assisted us with the room and compensation, but went ABOVE and BEYOND by helping us with a personal matter that had nothing to do with his job. Yet he still helped us. The staff truly make this hotel special. Thank you.

dont do it

no hot water, shower leaked all over the floor, the door got stuck closed and we had a hard time getting out of our room, neither of the washing machines worked , was told by staff they would find a solution and contact us in 15 mins.. that was 17 hours ago.
