Room looked great but wasn’t

We had ants in the room, Tv wasn’t working for the first night. We had a random wet spot on the carpet that wasn’t taken care of. Toilet was not cleaned before we checked in and empty water bottles were found in the couch when we prepped it for a sleeper.
