Bad stay

When I got there, the room I booked was not ready, despite coming hours after check in time. The room I was moved to was not very clean. The vent in the bathroom was leaking a yellow liquid. Upon leaving, I expected to get my deposit back, but I was charged instead for staining a towel, even though the leak stained the towel. I tried to dispute it, but was told there was nothing that they could do.

Bed sheets were good, Chair in room had torn fabric and missing foam, like a burrowing creature, but no creature to be found. The worst part that you couldn't forget about, was the constant and consistent termite dust on the top of the bed and all over the floor. It was immedate as soon as we got into the hotel room like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Our Room was 206, but the second room I reserved was also like this, room 216. Handle the Termites and the bad chair/couch and you have a 5/5 from me.

I stay at this motel almost every week for work. This last stay was not the best. Stayed 5 night and not once was my towels switched out, and to top it off the middle eastern gentleman with glasses that works in the evening was incredibly rude when my room key didn’t work and had to get a new one. He acted like it was a burden to do his job.

A nice big area to walk your dog and the staff are friendly and courteous and the lady working the front desk is incredible she knows her job, she's great you guys I would recommend this place to All my friends, folks and family.. 5 Stars easily..
