Ive always stayed here alotta times but this time around im apaulled. I stayed in a handicap accessable room..n it had beg bugs. My arms are all welted up n im allergic to bed bug bites. Had to seek emergency attention.

The desk person when we checked in was pretty good- he tried to help us find a good room. The morning guy was not so friendly- kind of like we were an interruption of his day. The breakfast was good but again when my wife asked about hot water for her oatmeal he just pointed and never said a word. We like friendly.

Plumbing issues sink overflowed and toilet when flushing. Very small bathroom no room to change clothes. Pool was not working and they charged the same price. Breakfast was limited and not very good food.

There was some confusion during check-in that the desk associated took care of, but the process was not smooth. I booked the hotel online through a third-party travel app. I reserved a 1-king bed deluxe room. When we arrived we were told that the room was a smoking room (I didn't even know smoking rooms existed anymore). There was no mention of the smoking preference when I booked the room. Fortunately, they were able to move the reservation to a 2-bed double room. While the room was adequate and somewhat remodeled, it was not quality remodeling. There was a large unused portion of the room that looked as though it was lacking a small table and chairs. Painting was sloppily done on the walls and doors. The building complex was strangely situated and confusing. Aside from these things, I would probably stay there again since all we need is a clean room and bed for a few hours as we pass through the area. Maybe I'm too picky, but for $117 I was expecting more. It's all about expectations. If aesthetics aren't important then this is a fine place to sleep for a night.

Host first of all was not hospitable. I had to ask questions instead of getting up-front info about the stay. She spent to much time online, perhaps interacting with third party, to get me signed in. There was not water available. You go through the lobby, go upstairs and back outside to get to the room. Very poor planning went into facility.

When I first got there I was given a set of keys that didn’t work. Once they got fixed there was three or four folks hanging out in front of the room smoking something and not sure they were staying there. Once in the room the bedspread was not clean, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not very good. I was not happy with the smell and location with strangers hanging out in front of the room! I’m asking Expedia to refund my money! We went to a different location for the safety and health of my family!!

Our pit stop overnight.

Weve stayed here years prior and would have a nice stay. Some upgrades wouldnt hurt. And cleanliness could be a little better. Especially in the bathrooms. There was also an ant problem Maybe checking of lights and tv wouldnt hurt. Was a decent stay. And everyone was nice from Front desk to maintenance . They were more than willing to accommodate our requests.

Denied Room despiste reserving through Expedia. They talked to us in a condescending way “would you like us to build you a room? What do you expect us to do” when we questioned why we weren’t notified that there weren’t any rooms available. Offered refund and it has not arrived yet after a week of waiting.

The bathrooms need a serious update. The tub was so scratched that it looked unclean. The exterior of the property had an over abundance of beer bottle caps and trash. The walls are extremely thin and hearing other patrons all night long coughing, throwing up and hearing their tv was annoying and restless.
