Mission Rock House - Upouusi! Avaa kalenteri

Nyt avoinna ja hiljattain uusittu! Mission Rock House on pieni purema Fayettevillen historiaan. Se on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaikesta Fayettevillessä - 1. 5 mailia viihdealueelle, 2. 5 mailia Razorbackin jalkapallostadionille! Talomme on äskettäin uusittu asunnonomistajien toimesta. Siinä on suuri tilava takapiha, runsaasti pysäköintialue autoille, katettu autotalli pääsy ja tarpeeksi nukkumaan 8. Kiinteistömme on lemmikkiystävällinen.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Starlight Skatium. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.
  • Ilmastoitu koti, jossa asiakkaille on tarjolla keittiö, pyykinpesukone ja 2 kylpyhuonetta

Property sits on extremely busy, extremely Loud street. Hard to get any rest. Also, bedrooms have NO curtains, so light is streaming in all night long. The big step down to hall was not mentioned in ad, and was hard for us with bad knees and backs. Nowhere in living room to put your feet up.A few cobwebs and little bugs, but overall pretty clean. Mattresses were very comfortable.Would not stay there again. Just a personal preference. The noise ruined it.

Quite Literally Almost Perfect!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and completely remodeled house! It was perfect for our two kids (13 & 15) and dog. Everything was well stocked, clean, and had a great layout. There’s only two reasons it doesn’t get perfect: road noise (totally fine if you have a sound machine) and garage access. Otherwise I would rent this or recommend again! Fabulous property manager with great communication. Thank you!

Long weeekend

House was nice but it’s on a busy street with lots of traffic and street noice. The city is also doing street construction that made entering and leaving the house a bit dicey. Otherwise as advertised.

A Great Stay

We enjoyed Mission Rock. It was roomy and comfortable with a nice fully fenced backyard for our pets. We would definitely stay at Mission Rock again. It was a very convenient location.

Fantastic Fayetteville House

We stayed at this property over graduation weekend and the proximity to the campus, downtown Fayetteville, College St, etc. was extremely convenient. The house has been completely renovated and very nicely decorated. It was very clean and the living area, kitchen, dining was a large open space that could accommodate a lot of people if needed. Our communication with the property manager was fantastic and their responsiveness may be the best I have ever encountered. We will definitely consider staying here again in future trips.

Home away from home

We absolutely love this property. Huge yard. Very comfortable inside. Roomy and accommodating. I can understand why traffic would be of concern but, it really was certain days and times. If you think it would bother you, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. I loved that we could sit at the big dining table and play cards and watch football very easily. This house is close to everything.

Great spot in Fayetteville

The Mission Rock House was just as pictured and described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. We didn't end up using the hot tub due to frigid outside temps while we were there but this is definitely a great addition. Thanks!

Home had a nice open layout and comfortable. Lovely backyard for relaxing on the back porch. Home was in a convenient location, but sat on a busy street with traffic noise.

Just what we needed

This was our favorite property we have visited so far. It was perfect for our family visit, including our furry grandpups! We cooked, played a lot of corn hole, and even had a neighborhood fireworks show! We will be back.

Perfect for us

Pros- great open space inside and out, adorable decor, hot tub, big yard for our dogs, comfortable beds, lots of seating at tables, grill was great, house and yard were very clean. Cons- a small chest to put unpacked clothes in the primary bedroom would have been nice., or even a luggage stand. We could have used a large platter or large salad bowl. Primary bedroom could use darkening shades due to streetlights outside. Overall a great property that we would rent again.

Great House!

The Mission Rock House is a great property, especially for families. My family of four enjoyed the open concept and the backyard was really great, especially for our pup. The photos depict the property quite well and the management company was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal for getting around Fayetteville and is so close to the University. However, it should be noted that it is on a corner of a rather busy street and the traffic noise can be an issue. Otherwise, great stay!

Don't Go Back to Fayetteville

The main issue was the washing machine, which was filthy and moldy. The whole reason we booked this place was that we needed a washer and dryer (mountainbiking). We also couldn't get anyone to clean it because it was a weekend. The management company dropped off cleaning supplies (there weren't any at the house) and basically left it up to us to TRY and get rid of the mold. It was awful. The house is on a very busy street and it wasn't completely furnished. Glassware and blankets had to be requested. Would not recommend or stay again.
