Great amazing staff- but- facility us understaffed that is a corporate or management problem. The facility is showing signs of age an other corporate short coming - examples of facility issues include no exhaust vent in rooms bathroom- dirty grout, older interior- worn rugs etc short staffed at bar (one person) short staffed at restaurant- one person with occasional help from kitchen staff

Everyone was extremely helpful and it was a quiet area & close to everything you would need. They also provide a shuttle bus to take you around .

Old hotel that needs updating and new carpet. First thing in the am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate down the old stairway. We won't be back

Front desk a.m. on 3/23 was borderline rude. She also was just eating her bagel not answering the phone. She needs to have a better attitude in welcoming and exiting people. Room had an odor, not too pleasant.
