The pool was initially cold when we looked at it and there was a fan blowing which made it colder. I asked the front desk if the pool could be heated more. She asked maintenance and they did turn it up.

The clerk at checkin said she had to collect a $10 incidental fee. Then at check out I was told I owed $16.93. Neither could tell me what it was for. I gave my credit card for both. I do not see the $10 fee. There is an also $8.23 accommodation fee with an asterisk that is not explained. I would like these explained. Finally I asked for if the email used had to match that of my ING account - she said yes so I asked for my email to be changed and it was not done. This inquiry came to my other email.

Great hotel for a stop in Forrest City , Arkansas.

Everything was great at the brew hotel. I loved the decor. Especially the window shades that look like a painting on wall when pulled down. Everything was very clean with no bad smells. The breakfast crew was very friendly. The desk clerks could have been more friendly. Great location off the highway. We were able to walk to the Popeyes Chicken right in front of the hotel

Great Stay in a Busy Hotel

Spacious room and very busy hotel. Lots of people, including a bus load that arrived right AFTER me! Our room had plenty of space, was up to date with furnishings and equipment to include having USB-C outlets. Coffee is available 24-7 with machines that grind bean when with the push of a button. So, all good here and I recommend it.

The stay was ok but it was so loud early every morning starting at 7am I thought I was in a construction zone. When I checked in the staff was a lil rude maybe it was because it was late in the evening but besides that everything was ok

Very nice, quite, clean hotel. Very convenient to interstate. Several dining facilities close by. The complimentary breakfast has something for everyone. The cinnamon rolls were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice, updated and clean. The entire staff is very friendly, sadly this is rare. We had 20 people in our party and would definitely stay there again
