It was okay. A little loud with all of the people walking by the door, but that was okay. The part we DIDN'T appreciate, was trying to get water from the machine (it was 10:10am) and the guy from behind the desk YELLING at us that it was CLOSED in front of EVERYONE. It was embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I don't think you should be denying people water AND yelling at them for trying to get water out of the machine.

we were coming after a cruise and had to wait till 3 for a romom - but the lobbby had tables and chairs and coffee available so it was easy to wait

We booked due to free airport shuttle offered. However, the driver seems to have difficulty knowing where to pick us up. We see many other hotels shuttle drive by many times but not best western. After waiting one hour, we called a taxi. Very disappointing service

Inexpensive quick stay with a decent breakfast offering eggs, sausage, and cereal. The shuttle was extremely late for a flight departure though. Had to Lyft instead.

I arrived early and was offer early check-in for $50.00 I was willing to pay for the early check- in. I then went to my car to get my luggage and came back to the front desk and was told there was no rooms available. I than asked do they have luggage hold until check-in. Then I was told that they were not responsible for the luggage. The person at the desk showed no customer service skills. My question was why you was offering me early check-in if there was no room available? I left and returned later where there was a different person at the desk, I had no problem in checking into my room?

The hotel is near both the airport and the cruise port. It’s an ideal stop off on your way to your cruise ship if you come a long way.

The room was disappointing. It was not as advertised. They are very dated, carpets need to be removed, lighting need to be improved There were white bugs crawling around the tv stand/dresser. They disappeared into the stand with daylight
