The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The front desk was efficient and very polite in difficult circumstances due to a snowstorm interrupting air travel for many people returning from cruises. The highlight of your facility by far, was the friendly, upbeat man working as bartender and waiter on the evening shift! He was wonderful under pressure dealing with a lot of people - many disgruntled because of trip interruptions. Kudos to him (I hate that I forgot his name).

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. I was disappointed in the airport shuttle. It did not begin until 5 AM so I had to take an Uber. Do not plan on getting food at the happy hour bar. I had to wait in line for far too long. I took the food to my room. I took a quick shower and sat down to eat, but the chicken smelled quite bad. I ate a protein bar and went to sleep.

We arrived at 12:00.and waited 3.5 hours in lobby for a room. They had 3 cruise ships come in, weather and new people all come in once. They wrote all our names on a sheet of paper...2 pages...and had to look up and down for your name. The rooom was floor to ceiling luggage. Must be a better plan.

When we arrived at the hotel. We found out that it had been overbooked and they cancelled our reservation. They booked us into another hotel 30min away from the area we need to be (cruise ship terminal). There were few rooms available at last notice but we did find something (poorer quality and $100 more per night), but at least we found a hotel room

Front desk girl was very helpful and polite. The happy hour, restaurant, bar was completely under staffed. 20 minutes to place an order in line with 4-people. They ran out of most bottled beer, and it was still happy hour. Poorly managed!
