Room was great. Most of the staff were nice except for Isabelle. We were told the airport shuttle would pick us up in 15 minutes but that was a lie. Took over an hour. No apologies offered. Facility was extremely limited. Bar closed at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Huh? $15 for breakfast? What? $12 pp for shuttle to cruise terminal 11 min. Seriously? We felt unappreciated from the moment we stepped inside.

The TV in the room would not turn off properly and the backlight stayed on and made sleep every difficult as it lit up the whole room!! We arrived late so just wanted to try and sleep and wasn’t able to call reception for them to try and sort. Ruined the stay as was not able to sleep properly. Told reception on check out but they didn’t seem too interested just that they would get an engineer to check but that doesn’t affect a ruined night sleep.
