Quick over night stay

The courtyard Marriott was nice. Our room was clean. Our room did smell kind of stale. It was not a deal breaker but it would have been nicer if it smelled good. The property had beautiful palm trees and a couple of different areas to hangout outside. The gym was pretty good for a hotel. There is plenty of parking that you have to pay for. I thought that was a scam. There is also no free breakfast (I don't think that any courtyard does free breakfast).

Good Room, Basic Bath

The location is super convenient — close to everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The bathroom, however, felt very basic, more like a standard motel setup than what I’d expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. It worked fine, just nothing special. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the location and room comfort, but the bathroom could use some updating to match the rest of the experience.

The only draw back is they unnecessarily charge for parking out of pure greed! The hotel is located in a suburban area with ample parking. It is not located in a downtown area where space is at a premium. So charging the guests is ONLY to make the CEO's pay higher than the millions he already makes!!
