The pictures online do not match what you see in person. I found towels dirty that were folded had yellow stains. The staff is not welcoming or friendly. I was struggling carrying two babies and plus my bags and no one offered a trolley , the breakfast is free for a reason , disgusting and plain. I rather they would have charged me.

Elevators were so slow, took me 20 minutes to get downstairs. Breakfast ends at 9am and it’s a madhouse. Pool was dirty and murky. Housekeeping had to be called multiple times for more towels (was only given 2 in a room for 6).

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. 3 of the 5 elevators were broken which was quite inconvenient. Front desk was grossly understaffed. Some of the staff were rude and belligerent. Convenient to restaurants, bars, stores, nail salon.

Front desk was grossly understaffed at check in. Staff provided their specific but their customer service style was poor except for a couple of them. The woman providing food service at the pool was very pleasant. Also Carol at the front desk was VERY pleasant. One of the young men at the concierge desk was belligerent when asked for assistance. Room was clean. Pool area was clean and pleasant. The hot tub has too much chemicals in it so several family members had their swimsuits damaged/color was bleached out. Breakfast was great! Only two of the five elevators worked which not only stressed people out but made us uncomfortable about potential emergencies. They remained broken during our two night stay and was still broken when we returned 5 days later after our cruise.

Clean room, friendly staff, they were very busy of course in peak season. I was disappointed there was no housekeeping after I had been gone all day and came back to a room that hadn’t been restocked with coffee, towels. I guess I was supposed to request it. WiFi was not good, I recommend upgrading to the premium WiFi.
