The hotel photos shown on Expedia are completely different from reality. I think Expedia should monitor the hotels that offer their services through this app, as I've had several bad experiences for this reason. And the hotel should invest money in its facilities, not just the lobby. Staff was ok

The hotel looks nothing close to the pictures that they have on this site. The hotel looks ran down, it has roaches, the staff with the exception of one worker who checked us in was very rude. The toilet in room 516 was broken the water ran all night and when we went to the front desk to inform them that the toilet was broken they told us that they will be to fix it in the morning they did not get there until 10 minutes before we had to check out so we had to go to the lobby to use the restroom. This hotel needs to be shut down. It actually looked like it was abandoned at one point, but they did not put in the work to make this hotel presentable. Do not stay here

This hotel needs to be shutdown permanently and fully renovated, all the things are old and outdated. Rooms are run down and in poor condition. Smells bad and have poor security and lighting. Appliances and electrical outlets needs updating and needs to be brought up to code. Smoke detectors look like it been there for 50 years. This place needs to be removed from any site providing service to the community. Do notnpick it due to the pictures, it’s a lie lie lie.

room was decent. beds were big- queen size. door to bathroom wont close. gave very limited towels. room has a weird smell. internet was strong, AC functioning really well. expedia price was very cheap at $25/night, but they make it up with higher taxes and fees, and when you check in, charge you with service fee and parking fee, so you end up paying almost $100/night. deceptive marketing. the pool wasnt even available for use. you get what you pay for, but still grateful for the stay. the staff were all nice and very helpful.

The room was not in good condition the Ac heat did not work,no outlets conections nex to the bed for the phones,walls not painted corecly to cover the damages,bath room sealing was pealing off,bath sink was leaking water,the beds had no head bore,walls were dirty
