Our stay was wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised by the location. The room was clean, big and the bathroom was renovated and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. I’m still wondering why this location doesn’t have a 3.5 star rating. I would highly recommend this location.

Customer service issue

My stay was great as always, but at check in this time wasnt so pleasant the gentleman who check me in made me run my card twice so i got ding twice fir the deposit and the lady who was with him claim it only ran once but my bank say it was ran twice i hate being lie to just be honest say you made a mistake and the second charge still hasnt fall off yet as they claim it will once i check out well today is Wednesday one still didnt fall off totally upset.
