First off, either I high standards, or some people giving good reviews for this place have low standards. I’m going to say other people have some pretty low standards (no offense).
What a huge disappointment this place was. The pictures online are NOT what you’re getting. Yes, I did not book the room with a balcony or an ocean view, I get it, but I expected at least a clean room that was modern. What I got was a sterile room with dirty floors, windows and zero natural light. A college dorm has more character and is most likely cleaner.
The view of the parking lot is what it is, That really didn’t matter anyways, but I would have been nice to at least see through the window. The windows for the entire building are absolutely filthy. I’m sure they haven’t been cleaned in years,
The floors throughout the property are pretty gross as well. That was our first impression checking in. The room’s floors were just as bad. We were afraid to touch anything.
The bathroom was pretty bad too. The door comes within 1/2” from hitting the front of the toilet. You either have to step in the shower of between the shower and the toilet, just to close the door. The bathroom was that small. Not to mention the sink was tiny as well, making it difficult for 2 people to share.
The only redeeming quality for this place was the beach access. But I’m sure you can get that at the 100s of other properties near by. Do yourself a favor, don’t book here, unless the above doesn’t really bother you.
