Location was good in relation to the Ft Lauderdale area. Unfortunately had issues with the room in the form of an ant problem. Noticed ants when I was doing work from the computer desk provided in our room crawling all over the desk at night. More ants present on the table near the sofa and on the nightstand where the phone was located. Notified the front desk and they advised maintenance would come up which he did. Advised he would come back and probably to spray when we weren't there. We left for the day then later in the day asked someone else at the desk if the situation was rectified she checked the notes and didn't see any additions to if the problem was resolved. Unfortunately ants were still present in the room for the duration of our stay. In addition to this we also had noticed mold on the walls in the bathroom and in the sink area. A positive thing to note is the bed was comfy and room was spacious. We were hoping for a better experience at this hotel all around.

My stay started off well with a friendly and welcoming receptionist. Unfortunately, my experience quickly went downhill. On my first night, I found roaches in the bathroom and small insects on the desk. When I reported it to the front desk, instead of offering to move me, they asked if I wanted the room sprayed and said the insects come inside when it’s cold — which I found hard to believe since I was on the second floor. When I returned later, nothing had been done — towels were still on the floor, and no one followed up. Another guest on my floor had the same issue. I reported the problem again at checkout, but I still haven’t heard from a supervisor. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location unless these issues are addressed.
